Privacy
This site exists to tell you where the next Mass is. Here is what it keeps about a visit, and what it does not.
Your location
When you tap "Use my location", your browser asks your permission and gives the finder your coordinates. They are sent to this site's own server once, to find the parishes nearest you, and kept in your browser for a day so the finder opens where you left it. They are not written to any database and are not shared.
If you subscribe to notes or write through the contact form, the address you give and the message you send are stored so that a person can answer. Nothing is sent to you that you did not ask for, and one message to the address below removes you from the list.
Measurement
Page views are counted with Google Analytics and PostHog, to learn which pages are used and where the finder fails. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Neither service is given your name, your email or your location.
What is not here
No advertising, no advertising trackers, no sale or sharing of any visitor data, and no account is needed for anything a visitor can do.
Questions
Write to [email protected] or use the contact page, including to ask that anything you sent be deleted.
